During high demand periods or product drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–12 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Wrong Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
