Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in our online store Elysm.

1. Contract Formation

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods. A contract is formed when we confirm your order via email.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR by default and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Depending on your location and settings, prices may be shown in a different currency. Please note that any currency conversion is provided for convenience only and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations. The final amount charged may vary slightly based on your payment provider.

We accept various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and other payment options available at checkout.

Payment is due immediately upon order placement.

3. Delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days. Full details are provided in our Withdrawal Policy.

5. Returns

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Elysm until full payment has been received.

7. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

8. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
